LunarSMM is an independent service provider and is not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by any social media platform.
The Services we provide are designed to simulate social media engagement.
We provide these Services for entertainment and promotional purposes only to enhance your social media presence.
3. User Account Registration
To use our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:
a) Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
b) Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
c) Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
d) Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Orders, Payment, and Refunds
a) Orders: You agree to provide the correct URL/link for the Service you are purchasing. LunarSMM is not responsible for orders placed with an incorrect link.
b) Payment: You agree to pay all fees charged for Services ordered. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in the Refund Policy below.
c) Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our Services, all sales are final. Refunds are issued only at our sole discretion under the following specific circumstances:

* There is a proven technical error on our part that prevented order fulfillment.

LunarSMM is not responsible for any action taken by a social media platform against your account, including but not limited to: account suspension, account termination, removal of content, or deletion of likes/followers. You assume all risks associated with violating any third-party platform's terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the LunarSMM website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of LunarSMM or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and Services for their intended purpose.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. LUNARSMM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LUNARSMM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
(I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES;
(II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES;
(III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN;
(IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICES;
(V) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SERVICES BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LUNARSMM'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO LUNARSMM IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LunarSMM and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of this Agreement, your use of the Services, or your violation of any third-party rights or any law.
11. Modifications to Terms and Services
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time.
